The Amercian Heart Association - BLS for Healthcare Providers course is designed to provide a wide variety of certified or noncertified, licensed or nonlicensed, healthcare professionals with the skills to keep people alive until they can be brought to a hospital or be treated with more advanced lifesaving measures.

 

The BLS course covers:

A skills session is the hands-on portion of an AHA eLearning course and includes Parts 2 and 3—skills practice and testing. It is conducted in-person after a student completes Part 1 online.

The ACLS course builds on the foundation of lifesaving Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers skills, emphasizing the importance of continuous, high-quality CPR. This advanced course highlights the importance of team dynamics and communication, systems of care, and immediate post-cardiac arrest care. ACLS also covers airway management and related pharmacology.

Skills are taught in large-group sessions and small-group learning and testing stations where case-based scenarios are presented.

This Course is designed for Healthcare professionals with a CURRENT or recently expired ACLS/BLS certification card. Student will receive a didactic review as well as “hands on practice” of ACLS and BCLS protocols Students will be required to demonstrate competency skills in Mega code Station and written exam

This American Heart Association Family & Friends CPR program teaches students how to perform basic skills of CPR/AED in adults, children and infants. This course also covers how to help an adult, child and infant who is choking.

This video and instructor-led CPR course offers families, friends and babysitters the opportunity to learn basic CPR. This course runs approximately 2 hours.


These programs are non credentialed -- no course card will be awarded upon completion.

 

Course Cost: $40

 

This American Heart Association Family & Friends CPR program teaches students how to perform basic skills of CPR/AED in adults, children and infants. This course also covers how to help an adult, child and infant who is choking.

This video and instructor-led CPR course offers families, friends and babysitters the opportunity to learn basic CPR in comfort of your own home. This course runs approximately 2 hours.
